Boxed set edition of the Millennium Trilogy, the first volume of which, The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, has been adapted as a major Hollywood film starring Daniel Craig to be released on the 26th December.
I started to read the first one a few weeks ago in Sweden, on vacation, and I'm about to finish the second. That's an addiction, and another reason to love Sweden.

Reading Millenium 1 ( in French ). Can't put it down. Every minute I have I pick it up and continue the saga. I'm hook... Hook big. It's one of the best book I ever read ( par with John Irving ). Mr Larsson caters to the intelligence of the reader. I just love the way the story ( stories?) unfolds in a kind gigantic puzzle, one small piece at a time, not knowing what awaits us at the next corner. Great read. Can't wait to read the two other books in the series.
Kudos, Mr Larsson

Yesterday I bought the first book in Spanish, "Los hombres que no amaban a las mujeres", and can't wait to start reading it. I really enjoy this type of novels.

I read the first book and enjoyed it. However, the translation into English is clunky and distracting -- and sometimes downright impenetrable. THE BOOKS NEED A BETTER EDITOR! Interestingly, the same complaint is being made about the translation into French. See the hilarious article at http://bibliobs.nouvelobs.com/2008/04/17/les-bourdes-de-millenium
Spend a little money. Do it right!

I'm reading the first book in Spanish, which is more than 600 pages, and I can't put it down, I even dream of the book, and I am not a thrillers fan... But "Los hombres que no amaban a las mujeres" is a love story, a misterly like Agatha Christie, an ethics volume and a lot more... Wonderful, the best book I've read in years!
