Who is Paolo Roberto? I'm halfway through the second book in the triology, and he has come into the story. I don't remember him from the first book.

Paolo Roberto is a Swedish ex-boxer.

It is my pleasure to read this pro-woman feminist author. Just when I think no more heroins exist in fiction who are subjects rather than objecst, Mr Larsson leaves us all with a beautiful gift, Salander. Ms. Gabriellson, 2004 was not very long ago and I am sure the loss of your partner is still fresh but I would like to thank you both. There are books that are good and there are books that are great; these three books are beyond great.

Mr. Larsson is one of the best "mystery" writers I've ever read and I've probably red them all. His characters have such depth and his location decriptives made me want to go to Sweden. I only hope the movie industry doesn't put a shallow actor (e.g. Bradd Pitt) into the leading role of Mikael Blomkvist. If anyone can complete the fourth of the Millenium series it would be his long-time companion - she deserves some credit as she helped edit his novels. It sold more than the Harry Potter book series in Sweden!

It's a amazing history! The trilogy is a best seller in Brazil...A recent article from the magazine Istoé says that the trilogy sells the same ammount of Harry Potter's book series...
best regards from Sao Paulo/Brazil
(it's sad know that Larson has past away...=/... People here are now waiting for Lars Kepler books to keep the imagination working)
