I'm right about to start reading the third book - read the previous ones and was hooked! Great storyline, extraordinarily well written characters...it's all there!
Also already saw the first two movies and can't await No.3 to come to the cinemas. Noomi Rapace rocks as Lisbeth. I'll bet none of the now planned US remakes can get that good.

Fantastic books. Read "Tattoo" and "Fire". I couldn't put them down. I am anxiously awaiting book three. Completely devastated to have lost such a creative talent. He has made some intense contributions in the areas of anti-profiling and anti-racism. He will posthumorously be a driving force.

never heard of the author before last week when I had run out of reading material and chose the trilogy. Haven't been able to put them down. A really good read and the caracters are fascinating.

Bought the first book in the trilogy several months ago, but never read it. It wasn't until after I found "The Girl Who Played with Fire" that I realized this wonderful author had penned more than one book! I bought that one, then started reading them in order. Finished the 2nd book last night, and am anxiously awaiting the last one. Stopped by Books A Million today to see if they could tell me when it would be released. All they could tell me is that it will be out sometime this month. I can hardly wait!!

Saw the director on a Charlie Rose program and bought the first two books. Salander is right there with Charly Baltimore and Beatrix Kiddo. The movie is coming in May. - Wait! I could read the books again!

After spending 3 days reading book one & two, waiting for the third to be translated was so difficult but well worth the wait, I probably loved it the best of the three.
I was devastated when it was finished.
Saw the film as soon it was released in Australia and really enjoyed the interpretation of all the actors.
I will probably reread the triology soon. Lisbeth is an unusual but fasinating heroine.
