i've abandoned my friends, boyfriend, cleaning... after the first few pages i knew i was in trouble. every minture of my spare time has been devoted to Mr. Larsson's books. The third book took quite long. i decided to read few pages at a time knowing that soon it will be over.
i think it's time now to book a flight to Stockholm and have a stroll around the streets.
i would love to shake the author's hand.
i wish he was still among us.

I rarely read crime fiction, but was totally transfixed and mesmerized by the first book of the Millennium Trilogy. Now I can't wait to lay my hands on the second book and then the third. It is sad how such a talented writer had to die so untimely with so many people enjoying his works. I wish his family all the best and my heartfelt condolences with Stieg Larsson's sudden demise.

I could not put the first two books down: Although I have a problem with translations, as I grew up in a non-English speaking home and know how difficult it is to translate effectively, I still was enraptured by these two books. I would like the third book: when will it be available in the USA? Who is benefiting from the enormous profits from the Larsson publications? Thank you.

His father is benefiting, even if stieg broke up contact with him long time ago. the problem was (is) that stieg and his ladyfriend were not married (although i think 15 years together), so she has no rights on his publications or the millions made by him.

I have just finished the Millennium trilogy. For the last few chapters I had to ration myself to a few pages at a time, I knew that once I finished hornets nest ,That was it!!!Every one of the books in this trilogy had me engrossed, and hurtling toward the conclusion. I hope that the film does these books the justice they deserve I only hope that Stiegs Family are proud of what he achieved.I mourn the loss of this talent

Just finished '...Played with Fire' after having finished '...Dragon Tattoo'. Truly amazing! Honestly, they are the single best books I've read in nearly 20 years. I wholly enjoyed them. So captivating and so inspiring. Larsson leaves a legacy of such creativity, genius, and beauty with these novels.

Just read the first book, it took 24 hours. I have not been this engrossed in a novel for so long, it was a rare pleasure. Thank you Stieg, you have left us with one of the most precious gifts a person can.
