Boxed set edition of the Millennium Trilogy, the first volume of which, The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, has been adapted as a major Hollywood film starring Daniel Craig to be released on the 26th December.
Hello
A friend offered me the 1st book. Once I got into the story I read it in a week or so. Sometimes I'd stay awake for hours at night, reading it. When I finished I got an english version of the 2nd book at the airport. I read it while on holidays (my girlfriend also get mad at me sometimes) :)
Now I finished it and get wait to get the 3rd book...

for some reason i can,t comprehend i had not heard of these books. I just finished the first one and it was amazing. Even knowing that i have two more to read I already feel the loss of this author who sadly did not get to see his work published. to the person who is #234 on the waiting list at his library ,I am #369 at mine and since i could not wait I went straight to the bookstore and bought the books. looking forward to seeing the movie too......

just finished the first book and credit it with getting me back to reading again. I loved it so much I was tempted at times to call in sick to my work just to get back to it. I found myself longing for 5.00pm so that I could take up the story where I was forced to leave off the previous day. I am so thrilled that there are another 2 volumes (at least) and according to at least 3 members of my family these are even better. I wish Eva Gabrielsson every success in her struggle for common justice.
I mourn the loss of a greatly talented writer.

Yes, I wish Eva Gabrielsson to succeed in bring the outdated Swedish common law to an end and also succeed in being able to manage the series' publishing. It is most shameful she can not be able to enjoy the financial success the series bring. It is a slap in the face to Stieg Larsson's humanity. I wish you all the best.

I finished to read the 3 books of the trilogy this week, and I think they are amazing and larsson is a pretty good writer. These books are one of the most greater that I ever read.

what a loss. I am in mourning for a great, interesting and civilized writer, Stieg Larsson.
A friend gave me the first book"The Girl with the Draggon Tatoo" and I read it in two days and nights; thank god i am retired and could stay home. I shall read slowly this time because i know after the third book there is no more. What shall I read after, even though there are wonderful writers about but Mr. Larsson with his palpable humanity is no more.
