I have a brother-in-law who really enjoys reading anything in Swedish that he can get his hands on. I would like very much to purchase the three Larsson books in the trilogy as a gift for him. I see below that "Kirsten" says she read all three in the original Swedish. Can anyone point me to a site where I could purchase these books in the original Swedish? If so, many, many thanks. PS I just finished listening to Girl With the Dragon Tattoo on audiobook and it kept me up far into the night many nights because I simply could not turn the player off. Thanks.

I read all three books and enjoyed all of them alike.I regret that the actors that were chosen for the film do not look like I had imagened the characters at all. I won't go to see the film.

Great series of books. Lisbeth Salander becomes a star and while in real life perhaps one would shun her, the books open one up to realize that there is more to people, than meets the eye. She/Lisbeth is a very powerful person, and one that you can relate to, even as an elder white male. She likely personafies what one self would loved to have done and been. Fight the system, as the system is dumming and controlling of people and contrary to all progress. Yes there needs to be laws, still as few as possible, to ensure the person grows and takes responsibility of one's self, and grow. Government and the society cannot and should not ensure people don't fail, and should encourage only growth. Love these books, and hope indeed the family problems don't make the 4th book be missed, please!
